Autumn And Spring

Title, cause one side of the image has dead leaves, and the other side has flowers. xD lol. Unitental, I only noticed when I finsihed the whole thing.

I am really pleased with how this one turned out. (seldom hear that from me?) But I really am pleased with this one. I drew a piece of the background from the Moonage Daydream book by Mick Rock, with him standing out at was it Haydon Hall? Not too sure, but the rest of the picture sucked, I almost threw it away. That was in October. Then the other day, I looked at it again, erased everything I hated about it, and drew that one of him from the 60's writing at the bottom (lol, that was my old hairstyle too. xD) Then next I drew the one with the microphone, added some roses, then I drew the next one of him standing. (my new hairstyle...which needs attention). I've been trying extra hard now. Thanks to the book, my friend Chukkz gave. ^^

Tools: A huge piece of A2 art paper (I scanned it in sections and pasted it together in Photoshop, you can see a faint line running through the writing image). HB mechnical pencil for the anatomy outlines and guidlines. 2B, 3B, 4B, and 6B for everything else, shaded with care. Random gardening books used for the roses.
Currently just left in the sketch book. -Kel
